I have been interested in the aquaculture development for quite awhile, but have no idea where to begin if i am to be involved.

My aim is to set up a fish farm(floating) project in northern Penang, Malaysia, but i am not sure how to go about in setting up such a venture.

The interest of this venture stems from a personal interest in fish breeding/rearing that i have done on a hobby level at best much of my life, so when the urge to venture into a business of my own occured, i would ideally venture into something i have fair interest, or better yet, passion in.

Chancing upon this blog has been my biggest break in terms of gathering information i have come across ever.

Any info/help on what i would need (courses, environmental restrictions, local policies) or even a nudge in the general right direction would be sincerely appreciated.
